GUI v0.99100330

- improved session/crc calculation
- added resume support, supposedly to work with/for broken downloads.
- updated firmwares for blackberry,bb5,dct4,sharp3g,windowsmobile.

downloads are completely free, without needs of license. counter will be reset each week (if we reach it, ofcourse). for enabling proxy on fat24, it is only required to set proxy settings in your default browser.

- internet detection now works almost better then before.

- minimize to tray function was broken

when client minimized to tray during download, as when download finished - balloon hint will notify you about it.
