D600 unstable

Got this D600 that i am having a bit of trouble with.

Originally the costumer came to me because the screen was black but the rest of the phone was ok.

I changed the flex band which was defective and all seemed ok.

But after a week the costumer returned and complained about the phone turning off.

After examining it i have found that if i press lightly in the top of the bottom part of the phone it freezes and reboots. (If slider is open, pressing next to red and green button will freeze and reboot it)

Does anyone have any idea as to what might be the problem ?

Did you replace the green tape over the flex cables? if not do so, as this can be the problem

No i did not..

I did not have any new green pieces of tape.

I did not think this could be a problem.

Can i use ordinary tape or must it be this green tape ? Is it special ?
