fail to sucessfully flash a55

Hi dream box team
i bought one dream box plus 2 days ago
and today i try to flash one a55 which was on blinking
and i unable to flash the phone with this box
and finally mobile became dead
i tired every thing available on support site
but nothing
can you explain me is this devise also for flashing or just unlock?????????
coz now i repair this phone with sst crack :confused:
still unable to understand why
plz dream box team dont ignore this thread plz reply why this happend
if this box cant flash mobiles then we should not buy this box any more

Guy, post your logs and write the way you tried to flash it. I flashed an A52 using TP today :rolleyes:

well sir thanks for the reply but rite now i dont have that mobile. .. but i can explain how i make it flash with dream box
1 select model
2 boot core bug
3 read info phone
4 flash with the same version
that's it
and phone remain dead
and the i use as he said but still like the others unable to sucess

guy, some a55 doesn't work by bootcore bug...
try with cut track or TP mode.
use a good flash or try backup from a working phone.
after flash you need REPAIR IMEI(the phone verifies if the OTP IMEI is same of EEPROM IMEI).
try again and post you log next time, right?
