You can try to clone it. If the tech zone version is not supported then nothing will be done (phone won't be changed in any way).
If you get unsupported version message then you should read full FLASH and send it to support.
Anyway it would be good to read full FLASH and send it to support.

We analised flash you send us and we did not find any problem with it, it is supported by unlocking and cloning, can you be more specific what problem you actualy have?
