@ Dream Box Support,
i kindly request you to give me solutio for the attached error @ 13 percent everytime while reading info and flasing for C55 and this happens for three same models of C55.

I think you have bad ram in mobile and check baterry also,

Hi, ethiomobile! Please, run Read Phone Info and send ALL log files from DBSS with your forum's name and problem description to us (techaid@dreambox.hk) (Program Files->DreamBox ALL .log files).

I will do next time now customer taken the phone back...today i will post my problem in flasing Sgold phoens like C72 and C65
I will see u latter after getting the log/
