Bad Licence

Have box installed now and all software installed using FSG_16[1].02.2007.rar software from support i then run the matinence tool and created the key file using matinece tool version 1.0.0.488 but whenever i try to run any of the modules i get bad licence and nothing will open. Please any help

and still get bad licence file have also tried uninstalling and re installing software but same error

Hi ! have u generated key from start bar menu or C:\Program Files\FuriouS GOLD ?

After u generate the key from directory, exe modules from the same, and
shud u require to exe from startbar menu, then generate another key from this location as well !

Above all update firmware.

Have tried generating keys from Start>furious gold>matienece tool and from C:/program files/Furious gold/matience tool.exe but still get bad licence found

Firmware is updated to latest version and as far as i am aware this is the latest installer and software i have used

Box FW shows as 1_46

Pls check FGBOXxxx key exist in the directory, if so unplug USB CABLE of FGB, and replug cable. And exe from directory, see what response u get ?

Thanks for you help so far i have uninsatlled and reinstalled software and started from scratch so i can you a step by step list of what i have done and what happens.

1. As said i have a clean install of the software now have run maintainance tool from start bar firstly box is FW 1_46, Click firmware update.
Connecting to server...
Asking server for access ...
BOX SN: ********
FW is latest allready !
Time needed - 00:00:02

Then get licence
Connecting to server...
Asking server for access ...
BOX SN: ********
Key file created !
Time needed - 00:00:02

After this there is a FGBOX3054.key file created in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator. I try to run any program from start menu and get bad licence found.

Now i run the matienence tool from C:/program files/furious gold and click get licence
Connecting to server...
Asking server for access ...
BOX SN: ********
Key file created !
Time needed - 00:00:02

Now a FGBOX3054.key file appears in the c:/program files/furious gold, But when i try to run any module from there i also get bad licence found.

After that i unplug and re connect the box USB try to run file from FG directory and get bad licence found and then from start bar with same error.

Any more ideas and thanks again for your help

Believe, u have done all the neccessary steps.
However, pls check in device manager that FGB is detected in both areas, i.e., Com port and Universal serial bus controller, if so, then no alternative but to contact Reseller !

All working now deleted licence and clicked get licence and now all is working dont know why this is any different to the other 30+ times i tried but it is.

Nice to know, now all is working, this seems some kind of FGB Key malfunction due to one reason or the other !

yes..a lot of this problems with this key..solution is to delet the old key, something wrong happens when old key is overwritten with new one..so the only solution is to delet the old key..and after that generate new one.
