*** - OT556 "service not available" when Try take pic with camera

hi all


Today i get the second OT556 with "service not available" (service non disponible) when i try to take picture with camera

2 or 3 month ago i get same problem with same phone version, customer told me it's working before clone, but i don't believe and i return it with not working camera

this time, the phone is for my friend

the questions is :
- Can this bugs be caused by Flash Clone ?
- Anyone confirm he used same Flash version from support and his phone is working 100% ?

I never get this problem with other *** version before

It is advised to perform factory reset on cloned phones.
If camera still doesn't work, try to clone with a different firmware version.

i never test clone with différent version

with version u recommand for my phone ?

i try many other version, phone work ok but camera same problem
i try also the camera from my *** and it work in other ***


maybe it's a hardware problem, without schematic, it's better to leave it :D
