i have alcatel c552 I WANT TO FLASH IT BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONECT IT AND WHICH CATEGORY I HAVE TO CHOOSE IS IT C55X/ELLE I DID IT THEN I DID CONNECT SLOW AFTER THEY TOLD ME PHONE NOT DETECTED I DID CONNECT FAST IS THE SAME PROBLEM CAN U HELP HOW CAN I CONNECT IT TO PROGRAMME AND WHICH CABLE I HAVE TO USE PLEASE THANKS OTUF FOR HELPING US THANKS IN ADVANCE
You have to use cable like ***/TH4. The problem is that the cable didn't exist and you will need to cut plastic so it can fit into phone connector.
Use C55x/ELLE software tab

i cuted the plastic so the cable get into the phone now the problem is when i connect it to the software it detect the phone and after it told error commnication with the phone i do not know what is the problem can anybody help me i need to clone that phone please thanks guys for helping

There are some phones that can't be connected for now. It seems that it's a little hardware difference and for now there is no solution :(
This is VERY rare, but it happens...

with new latinoamerican alcatel phones dont works otuf, try 30 different pieces 801 c55x etc.

We did not find E801 that can not be done by our software. Everyone worked.
So you probably are experiencing problem with cables or something.
Please conntact me on ICQ about this so we could try to solve this problem.
As C55x we do have rare problems and we have one phone with us sent by Wynsoft (thanks) that can not enter boot with or without addapters.
We will try to solve this.
