if V09 or V10 can't be connected to PC this meand (in 99% of cases) that it's problem with cable. Also, please, read instruction about V09, V10.
Cable for these models is little bit complicate and must be made EXACTLY by our instructiopn, so, pls, go to www.infinity-box.com (http://www.infinity-box.com) -> support -> cables/pinouts, double check cable schematic and try to unlock/flash again.
