hi mates,i have 3100 it dosent have serial no. it jst has the question marks ?????????????? so what should i do please help:confused:and then when i put a sim card it displays phone resisted enter code

Try to patch in ufs if phone get off in 5-10 second its uem problem change uem and wright rpl.

if ur fone shuts of with in 30 sec...... then ur fons UEM is corrupted.....
u need to change the UEM.....
