read it it says unlcoking aswell. it wouldnt be called unlocking clip for no reason unless hte person who made the web site are dumb as FCUK

sorry to burst your bubble, but you are wrong afy46 it is only a unlocking clip for "SECURITY CODE" only. DCT-4 unlocking is far more expensive.

It only resets the security code of the 8310. Does that make sense. DCT-4 encryption is availble but at a high price.

CONFIRMED!!! It's only to unlock security code and no more!! It's also clearly printed on the connector as well!!! 'SECURITY'!!!
