HI ,

Does any buddy have idea how to flash the nokia 8310. I have 8310 version 3.07 on contact service. I heard from my friend that i can -repair by simply pressing some codes VIA keypad and the contact service disappear. Some Nokia authorised guys are repairing the contact service with this process in Middle East. And he also told me that each phone having different code for contact service repair. And only Nokia Authorised guys having these codes. Does any buddy have idea about it?

If it is right,another "CODE" calculation (AS FAID CALCULATION IN 1 YEARS AGO!!!) will be start...

Helloooooo derrr i think d only solution C.S. repair for 8310 is to write a good full back up from a good phone,then flash virgin eeprom (if theres available) then use PHEONIX.pls. post if anyone tested it....GOOOOOOOD LUCK!!!!!! :D

Theroetically every solution is the same! Flash good flash & eeprom calculate checksums. But in practice, we have no tool to do all these!!!

for info :

3 weeks ago, my 8310 was displaying CS, no solution available ...
i simply give it to Nokia service, (i saw the box in there office, but they dont know how to use it apparently)
they told me that they have to send it somewhere else to repair

2 weeks later, they call me and ask me to come and bring a brand new 8310 for free

phone buyed without invoice, from someone coming from nowhere
and replaced for FREE by nokia

dont try to do something bad to your phone if a usefull help is wayting not far from you

When Contact Service, cannot keyin anything.

How to input the code?

pls check....connector...plugin...
if there is any lose or short....it will display cantac service

;) Hello pipolzzz we hav one 8310 C.S. repairer here in da Philippines it's in GreenHills Makati!!!!!!!!!!!!! I heard that it cost a million bucks for all nokia repairer.....

No luck for now may be next year for the solution:D :D :D lol
