C552 Connection Problems

To solve connection problems on C551 or C552 there are few solution.

First is to solder pool-up resistor in box, I attached you pictures.

If this does not help then try to make addapter which I also attached.

Ensure that you use last version of OTUF.

Some of our customers have problems that they change computers and it worked.

Please note that C550x (Phillips Hardware) is not from C55x family. I attached pinouts just in case.

Tell me are all phones from same network and if I understand it well some phones can connect and some won't ?

Tell me what computer you are using?

all lock to same network.Exactly same model and version.Using adapters and P4 celeron chip 2.66.Those 2 were 357. today i got another 2 they were 157 but version not supported but same problem 1 reads and 1 does not read

Did you tried this phones with only boxes with pool up resistor in box, without adapter?

@ALL use (535-556-565_*** cable)
use this cable it's tested and work 100% with ALCATEL C552x/ELLE/C656 cut a little plastic will solve the problem , and your cable work with the *** as orinary with out problem :)

Ok, we will made one adapter connected with wires and take picures of it.
