Support Out of date ???

Hi Gsmmaster,
I try to use last update of OTUF software but "SUPPORT OUT OF DATE" ! ! !
Please, i sent you by mail my serXXXXX.hlg file in order to update my box to use last sofwtare....

We solved on email but for other users:

You had Gold account which expires for 6 months. As we promisse all
Gold users to get Silver Box Account (Old Platinum) for Free.
I changed your account type on server, just do Internet update with loger
software
