k610i - How do i block a number?

Hi, my sister is receiving calls and text messages from some guy she doesn't want to talk to. She can't find on her phone where she can add his number to a banned / blocked / ignore list... does this exist on the 610i?

Do you know if Vodafone will block the number for her? Cost?

If your in the Uk,vodafone should stop this number calling @no cost
if the calls are of a threatening/harassing nature.
