before any thing done plz complete service the c100, then check out the c100.
re-solder for power IC...sometimes its work... or replace for c373
please becarefull while u pick for power IC.. u have to release for glue seal 1st.. and with a very very thin copper wire under the IC whch can break easily.. u need for enough temperature for make sure u've to 'melting' a tin without breaking a layer
