he guy taking about ubb loges and the boxes i send u was fulty u can chack them i know more people in gsm market why do i want ot buy ubb boxes of u .
if the forum memebers have look at this they will know man if i send u boxes back thand they ok why do u send them back lier .yes u did do me some staf on craidt but i did same thing and in end u owe me 90£ please pay that iler
i m not the one who owe u money .

THIS IS STANDARD RULE IF SOMEONE WANT REFUND HE HAVE TO SEND FULL SET INCLUDE CABLES AND BOX THAN HE ABLE TO SAY REFUND

uhk workshop have the worsest customer services
Recently i visited manchester and went for a stroll into afew shops, i enetered the gsmworkshop and asked for a data cable for Jaf after 20 minutes i was still waiting and shop seemed empty with staff busy eating food.
This encounter has resulted me to post this account
a. Staff Hardly can speak english which is understandable
b. Staff have serious attitude and are busy eating and all hide in the back
c. no customer services whatsoever and rude.
My experience is a terrible one and i would never go there again.I am not being racist as iam indian asian myself but the bosses should employ people who can speak english .

First Of All It's Called GSM Workshop Not UHK Worshop
Secondly Your English Isn't All That Good And Needs Touching Up Itself "...have the worsest customer services". Since When Has That Been Proper English.
Usman, Saif And The Other Boys Can Speak English! It May, Not Be The Best In The World But I Don't Have Any Problems Understanding It.
I Went In Last Week And It Was Their Lunch Break They Opened Up Stopped Eating And Unlocked My 2 Phones For Me As I Was In A Rush.
Now Thats Customer Service.
GSM WORKSHOP ARE GOOD GUYS! Their Prices Are CHEAP Too!

this is my personal opinion though , its good to speak the truth on this dedicated section called
'market feedback'
i have nothing against gsmworkshop but felt they need to improve on the way they deal with shop customers.
Speaking in urdu punjabi is ok ,but not to someone who does not understand a word and not to make people stand around while they decide to Eat lunch.
I hope that UHK will take note of my comments and make radical changes into the way customers should be treated in store.

ive bought a few boxes from this guy, other than a slightly delayed delivery i cant really say that i have had any major problems.
Hard to communicate with them during the day via msn, as they are busy in shop, but normally get back to me either in the day or in the evening.

I've dealt with GSM workshop many times and they are very trustworthy and honest people. The people few doors away from GSM Workshop are the ones i dont trust ! :D
I deal with GSM Workshop a lot, and never have i had any problems with them, any of them, in fact, iv left all my other suppliers after dealing with them, their prices are great, support is excellent and communication is great. There are times when they go out of their way just to get my problem sorted, their deliveries are prompt and all of them are very, very helpful and very honest.

i have bought a sagem box from him,as the box is function on his pc.but not working on mine.after i sent back my box and cable to him.he refund all money to me in minute.i am now order another UBL from him.

I would like to draw your attention on following matters.
1. Gsm Forum is purely made for cellular knowledge sharing and is like an institute for all of us. It is not a place to put fake comments against anyone and waste time.
2. As I have seen your post I will ask you that could you please check your own basic spellings. You do not even know how to write English
(You do not know the spellings of WORST and you are writing it as WORSET)
You need a proper English language course.
3. You must know if you are in the field of mobiles that there is no data cable for JAF but its RJ 45 cable.
4.You wrote in 2nd post that you want GSM Workshop to improve, for this please call them or write them so that they can make it much better instead of wasting the time of all others.
5. If you are acting on someone’s behalf ask directly and get it sorted. No body is perfect in this world.
Please do not waste the valued time of all the members in this nonsense.

Who the hell you are to advertise your liking and disliking in the forum. In your last post you are asking that unlocking expert is the best and after that you are coming in this thread and saying that Gsm Workshop is not good.
Everybody knows unlocking expert was use to work for GSM workshop before and now is been separated because of some reasons. which better for all don,t disclose,,,,, please don,t try to increase your number of posts to get stars by working like hired monkey.
Everyone knows where you are coming from. Just mind your own business and shut up.

Brother i think there is some missunderstanding develop why i dont know but i know UHK is really good person and i am working with him since last many yeare upto 4years he help me in all respect i purchase number of equipment related to gsm field.
therefore sort your problem with discussing each other instead of blaming in bad word like cheater etc
i hope UHK also sortout your problem in good manner

TO whole GSMFORUM my question is
if you send anything to someone and if you don,t receive what u send
on that case who will refund the FULL money ????
infact i refund you for 2 multi box 200£ already and without receive cables
but just hold some amount because of cables
but its too late to say all this because ALMOST 500 peoples can see GSMWORKSHOP CHEATER and this is first time happend of my 4 year GSM EXPERIENCE
