View Full Version : Infinity Box cannot upgadre...I Need Help..

Hi Dear Infinity Team;

I have a some problem with this, cannot upgrade the box, i connect with the server EmeraldaClient and mark one error to me:

Dongle registration started: 04:13:03 p.m.----------
Locating Emeralda server...
Emeralda server found.
Connecting to Emeralda server...
Connection to server failed. Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.
Disconnected.

I disable antivirus and firewall in my computer, and my Internet connection is Very Good, but is the same error.
Can you Help me, please. Thanks.

Hi,

If you used DongleManager v1.12 please, download it again from support area and try to upgrade dongle again.

If it was not v1.12 please contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk for detailed instructions.

Thanks for you help, i download DongleManager v1.12 and run, but is same error:

Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.

Can you help me, somebody have other comentary...Thanks a long.
