I want to buy this box but I am afraid that the support period is nearly over:This box is supported nearly for 2 years and I don't know for how long this team will produce updates for this box.
I am sad that I had not bouth this box at the begining,but who knew that It will be such a succes.I will sure buy the next product of this team:)
this box is the best in the market tody, i promis you if you buy it , you will not loose.
for the support, just download the tools of the box, and you get the logging details in 0 sec

Its really a stupid question,i have infinity from 2004 and i am still getting free support and i hope in future i will also get it.
You can buy the infinity with blind eyes.

We have no reasons to close/stop support of Infinity-Box.

Please, give me more details about "next product of this team". What do you mean ? Probably you know something that unknown even for me (but I am sure that I know everything about Infinity-Box past/current status/future).
We no need here any rumors about future support, future products etc. due to we have no reasons to close/stop support.
Future products/updates: as everybody can see we trying to make our best to support our users, to give them updates (new models supported, not old models support only) for free (this means users no need to pay for software updates).
Of course, we can't give our users free cables for new supported models, so users need to buy new cables, but I think that FREE softare updates is not bad option for all Infinity-Box users and they can spend 1-2$ to buy new cables from nearest reseller (if they need new cables).
Of course, nobody can expect what will be tomorrow, but you can simply see here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=207203
and see how we make our work/support.

Man It's not a stupid question,because I had enouth with buying boxes with no support (I am not talking about Infinity of corse)
I had bouth Furious2 and I had not used it not even half of year,same with SWS-Sag-thouse boxes cost me enouth.Not to mencion Pana-UFO that was dead from the begining.I am not complaining about USB Smart because it was a cheap one,so that's the reason that I am trying to open my eyes when buying new boxes not to create stupid rumors:eek:

Yes, this is true.
I had dead red box, dead smart clip, griffin.
It costed me enough.
It seems inifinity is very good.

Personally me: of course I don't think that Kashif Khan answer is stupid.
Any discusion about future is little bit stupid because nobody know what will happen after 1 minute.
If you need something right now: look at current product status and buy it (or not).
If you need something in future: it's good idea to wait "future" and then buy.
Thread closed due to no reason to continue, only rumors possible, no any real discussion.
