Samsung E720 - hardware or software?

Hi

I have a samsung E720 that has been dropped.

The handset powers on and displays the welcome screen and keeps restarting. I have read the flash using hwk and no errors. I have re-written the flash file that i read and no errors but samsung still restarts on welcome screen.

Can anybody advise me? Is this hardware or software problem?

Where can i download Samsung E720 flash files compatible with HWK? There is no folder on the support website for Samsung E720. I require MCU & CTS for Samsung E720.

file on hwk server but after flashing E720 blinking on lcd. every boby faceing this problem.

there are files available on the ns pro site which you can download and u can flash the phone but as you said the phone did fell down so most probably its the Hardware problem just look at the PCB board near the sim reader some caps always are not that goog solded on the board coz of taking the sim card in and out .................
