Dear Colleagues!
I am using the Vygis Cracket software since about 1 Year ago, it was perfect.
Last time I formated my computer and when I try to use this software again, it do not work for flashing the phone. It start normally after connect command, it read the phone normally, I choice the files for flashing but when I click the "Write files" button, the software goes shooting down immediately without any dialog box. Please, can someone face this problem and have any solution for this issue. I have try the software on two computers and the problem is the same. Is someone telling me where is my fault please, is somebody helping me ?
I have another problem with another LG 8120.
It has stuck on Headset profile and cannot switch to any other profile than Headset. I have check it for hardware problem and had flash the phone but the same problem persist. Is there any solution for this problem please.
