CL75 how to know whether spck or NCK lock???

I hve a few Cl75 phones and i hve the unlock codes for them as well, but the problem is when i enter the codes it says "sin unlocked" and when i completley switch off the phone and try to use a different sim card inside then it again says locked! i hve even tried the repair codes as well but when u enter the codes it says repaired but when i try it with a SIM card inside it says locked? could anyone tell me what is the problem? and is there any code so that i could see which lock does the phone have?

Turn on phone without SIM card,enter *#0606# and press left softkey,than it should show which locks are set.
For example:
Network lock
Unbarred
Unbarred
Unbarred
Unbarred
Unbarred

Each row means one type of lock,description can be used from Papua so we get:
Network Lock
Service Provider Lock
Corporate Code
Phone Code
Network Subset Lock
Only Sim
