Elle cable didnt work

I made my elle cable using ot535 cable i cut to fit i connect directly the cables to the ps/2 adaptor on the box i didnt use the IC phone is detected but i get the following error:
Starting boot procedure...
Phone detected!
Waiting response...
Error while connecting to phone

I need to add the Ic to make it work and the external 5v_?

u know i have the same problem i regret that i buy this box OTUF i wish ortuf team give me my money back i can not unlock C552 with it and they do not even help us for cables trust me it does not worth 300 EUROS vygis is better too

There are different hardware versions of C551/C552/ELLE phones. Most can be connected without adapter IC but some require it to make connection to phone.

When phone is detected you probably do not need adapter.
Tell me from what network is phone and tell me what computer you are using?

Is from telcel and using a hp double core intel pc 2gb ram 3.2

for alcatel phone you don't need to add+5v just Rx Tx Gnd try verify corect pin and olso change other pc h know !
