I made an account but still can't download SIEM Service Tools...

I just bought an Siemens S65 which is locked, have a PC - cable that comes with the phone, nothing more. So, what I need is some free unlocker (via IMEI if is possilble or by cable).

OK, I downloaded SIEM Service Tools (v14.4). Does I need a BOX or is possible to unlock just via cable that comes with the phone?

seems, you don't know, what is it" TP" ? Yes Martech is not for free, box is needed.
