Pleas help with old Alcatel

Hello

I just unlock Alcatel HE1 One Touch Easy.I unlock it with Retrofit.
At start address write 176 ,and at End 177
On "bytes to be writen" I enter:
at 0000=FFFF
at 0010,0020,0030 I didn`t write anything.
I press Ctrl+Enter.Phone resets.
But now I have problem.
Phone now don`t ask for netc code,but it keeps
reseting and action on phone is like he is become crazy.
But that is happening only when SIM is inside.
Without SIM it work normaly.I`m able to make SOS cal,IMEI is correct and etc.Only when I put SIM it action is very strange.
I can`t get meni,I can`t write any number,LCD is blank,keep reseting.I folow steps for unlock like it is writen in read me file.

Pleas help me to resolve that problem.

What soft version is your phone ? Do you know values of adress 176 - 177 before writing FF FF?

Thanks for helping me.
I don`t know how to read phone version.On stick under battery it is writen 1.3.I don`t know is that version.:( Also I don`t know what valuse was beafore I write FFFF:( :( :(
On kimagsm I didn`t find anything excapte retrofit,but I alredy have it and I destroy phone with it.

Press *#06#. You'll see IMEI V xxx, where xxx is soft version of phone. If it is 251 or 301, then you must use different method for unlock, not FF FF on 176-177.

Hi Jarys!

Oh my *** how stupid I was.I was always asking myself what is number after IMEI.Thank you my man.
Well version is 251. :(
How could I fix it and unlock it again.I mean how to unlock v251 and 301? What should I do to fix problem.Unfortunaly I don`t know what was at 167-177 address beafore unlocking.
