Alcatel Be4-138 Cable problem

I have an Alcatel OT301 (Be4 138-02), I have built two different cables, and my problems are:

1) Misiek's scheme (With BC547B): My phone turn on when I press unlock or read button.

2) Toto's Scheme: My phone turn on when I connect phone-connector to phone.

I have tried a lot of programs.

I use proper phone-connector and external power supply.

Someone could explain me some cable modification, or send me some scheme 100% working for this model.
