with polar u can repair this phone just by doing unlock, no need to flash like other boxes, this is why i like it :D

I do not have polar.
Do you have maybe the Flashfile for that model?
no need ;even if you find flash file you can't flash it with redbox because flash function has a bug, it will stop during flash

Sorry Men No Free Solution...........use Furious Is Very Stable For Alcatel Exxx...and Will Repair It For Sur
You can use OTUF box to solve all Exxx phones. Upgrade/downgrade versions, full phone repair and many other functions.

and ther is many box can fix thsi alcatel multibox,furiosugold, bolarbox2 .
but if you search professional box you can use Alcatel O.T.U.F box

Flash with Redbox doesnt help you, you need to unlock with Polar Box, PStool or Furious, voila phone is working again.
