You can use DL-ADI software to flash it with unlocked flash files .
or buy ZTE 2g solution with partial flash files for A12,A80,A12+ and mores.

ZTE AD CPU GSM Phone Flash (read & write) Tool (All)


all tool r working tested by me. most of zte gsm phone come with AD cpu (Analog Device CPU). so you can do it by these tool. and without zte other phone which is come with AD cpu, you will can do them also.
