spice s-600 dead

Hi Friends
I have a spice s-600 which is like to dead , when press power key set on but after few seconds it goes off , at that time keyboard light not glowing.
I have already change battery but same result
can any one pl help me ?

friends just apply good liquid flux around cpu and reflow the cpu tested

no friend problem is same I have reflow all ic's in board with good flux but no joy
give me some other advice
