L7 camera problem

i have a motorola L7 with camera problem when I open camera which shows "busy. try again". I flashed this phone. But no result. plz helpe me

I changed camera and everything works fine although the camera I changed was from march 06, They say in manual at after april 05 they changed teh camera sustrate so no camera will fail, but i fails even after that.

for L7&L6camera prblm change camera for BUSY TRY AGAIN LATER n for BACK TO MENU PRBLM go to settings n do reset all 90% solution by doing this...
