C550 after relase power button, he turn off

Hallo all,

I have problem with C550. When I press red button for turn on and hold, mobile turn on, but when I relase button, he turn off.

Do any have idea where to look?
I rehot PCB, but problem is still there.

I try to change soft with Smart Clip, he recognise phone when I hold red button, but he refuse to start flashing when I hold button all the time.

problem is in cpu it cant produce osc volts for turning on the set , reball or change cpu
