Motorola T180 Speaker Problem!!!

Hi!

I have 15!!! Motorola T180 with the same problem.
No key tones or sound (voice) from speaker (Only 1% can u hear of maximum level of normal working).
The speaker is good and i don't see something wrong inside the phone.

Any help?

Hi !

Have you tryed using Hands Free kit?

If it works, maybe it's only a connection fault, check also hands-free connector, if desoldered can make faults on internal speaker.

I don't know another damage in this quantity (15 pcs ???). Ony HF jack or HF connections.

Make small expiriment: connect handfree to jack and make a call. If You can hear voice and key sound in handfree, then it's 100% HF jack damaged.

H.F conector 100% demages replay and worck ok

I fix it all!!!

The problem wan at one pin of hf connector who is not soldered to pcb from Factory!!! 15pcs with the same problem...

Motorola phones... Too many screws but hardware desing (1940)

on my t180 soldering its good but dont work .
