I gonna try to take this phone out today and I have some questions :
The software given in the cd does no contain usb driver (windows asking for JUPITER driver), so where can I found it please ?

Second, I want to flash it to put english and french langage inside, what is the right one please :

French: see file and, at end of file name you see languages that exist inside phone.

How to be sure that phone will be not killed: make backup before any operation

Please, just check support area (as I told you) and you will see that you need to use ordinary COM port cable (Rx, Tx, Gnd) but NOT USB CABLE !

How do I revive a dead phone? I did not back up the phone because I did not initially know how to do it. But now I know. I have backep-up another working CECT U8800 and I used the firmware and eeprom backed-up to flash dead phone....But still dead.
What do I do?
