BECAUSE MY WITH MY BOX JB5D343B I CANT BOOT ALCATEL C552 AND UNLOCK IT I DECIDED TO BUY A NEW BOX
SO I BOUGHT BOX SERIAL NUMBER IS J4A195A2 FROM UR OFFICIAL RESSELER IN MOROCCO BUT WHEN I JUST WANT TO TRY IT WITH SOFTWARE 217 IT TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO UPDATE WITH INTERNET UPDATE THEN WHEN I WANT TO UPDATE IT WITH LOGER 50 INTERNET UPDATE IT COME THIS MESSAGE

and just received my box today.
also I am told that the box is a usb to serial converter but when I installed the drivers windows did not ask me for usb to serial drivers. also when, I check in device manager I can not see the box com port. is this normal?

Box can't be seen as COM port, it uses direct access to USB to ensure maximum speed - it's perfectly OK if you don't see it in COM port list.
