sir i have bought new bird s198 from mobilewala.com in india when i connect it with bird mobiles it just says usb composite device found .but could not install it.pls help

Just look in folder with software, you will see drivers there.

use the same driver used for mss4, ultima, smart clip or usbsmart
p2k driver !!

i have also faced this problem simple uninstall the first driver by going on device manager and install it again .then u can use ur cable and no need to change:D .check and submit results here

sir .re-install ur winxp sp2. then 1st install ur infinity-box.........then try ,
ur problem will be solved 1000%...tested by me

hi all thanks for the reply . i have windows sp1 on my both computers on both have p2k drivers installed and i uses usb smart on both computers.i reinstalled windows but same problem.i tried it on some other computer with windows vista.and it works fine.i have unlocked 15 pcs yesterday.on that pc.now i have got new hard disk and going to format it and will install sp1 and will post result.

There Is Alot Of Problem This Cable Does Not Work On Winxp Service Pack1 So Recommeded Is Winxp Sp2 For Proper Working
Many Of My Clients Could Not Install The Cable Driver On Xpsp1
But All Is Well On Xpsp2

I hope you beleive in my experience too: my PC is XP SP1 and everything works w/o problems.
