C115 ver. 2.2.8.0.N. Unlock Problem

I was trying to unlock C115 with cutted track, but when i try to repair phone is power on and i can´t do anything.

i am sure, track is cutted but phone still power on, i try with 5 phones

It can be new PCB type. To check this need desolder phone CPU. Can you make it ?

Are same pcb ,guys from movistar has patched phone with same boot,but stoping unlock via cuted track,because Now need another track for cut.
