V3i batery never full always charging

Hi guys ...
I have one motorola v3i and when charging it never get fully charged ...
Already try to change new batery and new charger but always same problem ... anybody can post solution PLEASE :(

in most cases charger problem
specialy in v3 v3i l6 l7
check with tested charger with v3

hi:
many v3i got that problem.that cause PCAP.because of design bug,
there's white glue under the PCAP but on produce the temperature not
enough for it;so in useing cell phone it's easy upset when you drop your
phoe.so
1-resol the Pcap.sometimes not be resolve!
2-rep the Pcap.before you rep you must clearn the white glue.

apply the invalid battery solution posted in this forum. tested by me on continues charging.

replace FET showing same problum replace power IC it will solve your prob
