Once, long time a go, i've received this shi.t to unlock. And as i can remember, this phone have 24C64 eeprom, so that eeprom you have can't be placed in this phones. Maybe in some older version, but this new versions on market - Croatia, Slovenia, or other , can be unlocked only with IMEI calculator, or with HAMMER...

No way to unlock this phone with eeprom solution...

There is a way - but you must clone phone like Dolly the cheep :) :) :) - flash + eeprom from unlocked one!
