unlock lobster 485

hi everybody,

i tried to unlock lobster 485 with furious dongle, but nothing to do, it is writing "power on the phone", but after 10 seconds, he write me "error"...
i tried with com3 and com8, it is the same, please if you can help me, thanks

are u check ur connector of charge and cables if is good

thank you for your answer malcolm , my charge connector is ok, and the cable seems to be good, any idea??? i tried with phone turned off, and after turned on, but nothing, any idea?
