The jumper is wrong.
Test with meter first.

Friends problem is the resistor.If you don't get the same value it will never work.But where to get that resistor?:eek:

sir this is not a solution for l6 mic problem , put a 1k
resister across the Vmic point and Mic+ line and connect the +point of condenser mic to Mic+ and ground to the ground.
