Recover lost SMS and MMS messages

:confused: Hi All,

I hope somebody can help me.

I am useless at technical things and have somehow lost all my text and mms messages.

I have a Motorola Krza K1 and when my battery went dead I put my sim card into my old phone. When i put the sim back into my K1, all my messages had disapeared. On contacting T-mobile, they have said that they have never heard that happen before and it seems like my phone has reset itself.

Can anyone please,please help me,as I really need some of these messages back. I would like them all but even if I can get some, tht would be great.

This is a feature of the phone - on a SIM swap, messages are deleted. This is a safety feature so as to stop personal info being acessed by another party if they use the phone.

It can be disabled with a SEEM edit. Unfortunately, your messages are gone.

So there is no way that I can somehow get them off the phone?

How do I do a SEEM edit?
