change boot screen

does anybody know how can i change the boot screen to something else on alcatel phone? thank for any help.

Search in the menu of the phone ... on different phones there are different type of boot screens: animation, welcome note, picture + sound scheme

thank for reply, but i want to change screen when the phone 1st boot up. to something else that i upload to the phone

ps - If you upload some picture/sound to phone memory, you can apply it for startup screen /depend of the model!/
