V3x outer lcd isnt working

l changed the v3x housing after the outer lcd isnt working just black, when open the flip there is light but nothing else just black .. the inner lcd is working.. l checked all the connections ... anyone has any idea about this ? is it completely gone ? or any solution ..

and also the power button deosnt work .. only the power button .. the rest is working.. l changed the keypad membrane but still not working
