dead w900

i have had a dead w900 given to me by customer..

i connect to setool and press identify.. setool says please pwer on fone.. at his stage watever i try i.e. detachin and reattachin batt/ detachin fone from *** cable... it will not progress further

any idea??

you have cruiser ??? if you have full charge battery and first put the battery then put the cable ..

try to put battery and cable same time some time it happend also change bard rate then try it again hope averything gona be fine.

no luck... its still dead cust said it died on him while he was transferrin music to his fone usin usb cable..

i have charged the batt fully n still says power on fone. n thats it!!!
