Samsung X-820 given limited service and many sets of Samsung show limited service can any one fix or explain why come that fault and what component caused by this fault.
i think its to do with type of sim card 2g cards say limited service 3g cards work fine had many customers return over this its 99.9% sim card. not hardware for sure

remove resistance near volume control
It is not necessary that 2g network dosen't support to this sets i found many people using both 2g and 3g sim card.
It might be you are right but????????????????
let someone explain the causes and repair quild in detail( limited service)

I have that kind of problem at few pcs of samsung phones and change of PA resolve the problem
if your phones says limited service but you contact 112 or emergency call just change imei using ust pro or ns pro tested by me. 100% working

here a x820 in limited service case
imei is ok ( rebuild in ns pro)
cannot make call to 112 too - call end is result
when manually selecting network it finds available operator list but fails to get registered.
cause PA ?
any one have solved this ?

The above said case solved.
AGAIN PLAYED 1 more in software
tried with eep from hwk support too
put back original eep from backup and started to do hardware...
just checked the coil at the bottom side of the antina switch . it found OK
then removed antina switch
i saw black colored corrosion there ....
well cleaned that area
re-fixed switch
got network back
