how we goto support site
As the website writtn on our software and or box : www.et-box.net (http://www.et-box.net/)
after that you can easily locate the support button in the header : www.et-box.net/support (http://www.et-box.net/support)
after that it will ask you user / pass, which you need to ask from your reseller or look inside CD for details.
