D600 charging problem

I have Samsung D600 with a charging problem.

When I plug the charger in the phone shows that it is charging,but when I remove the charger it goes back down to 1 bar on the battery meter.
I have reflowed the charging circuit and refit the charging block,but with no
success.

Any help would be appreciated greatly.:confused:

measure the output volt in the charging ic U501 if it is under 3.8v or higher then 4.20 then change it
pls reply here

if the key pard not work u have to chang key pard ic br.

remove black diode in charging section if no output volt on bt connector

in samsung no keypad ic is ever replaced only remove for any key pad problom mate
