pls can any experience engineer put me through on how to flash nec phones.especially e616,e313.e228.i have free soft of IPLT.MY PORT OPENS BUT IT STILL DOES NOT COMMINUCATE WITH THE PHONE.MAYBE THE CABLE I AM USING IS WRONG.PLS DIRECT ME
