I noticed that on the screen shots of the original post and my unit but the poster said that it Swis map that appears under that name. I have not tested this so I will have look on mine.

I had a look now. On the map list from the Abot button it appears as Lichtestein but if you go to Map and search for address and click to change country you will see both Swis and Lichtenstein. Hope this helps.

I have a Mio 310x US version and I have downloaded the european maps and also downloaded the license.db file which came with those maps. Canada.fbl is working fine for me but I cannot get the european maps to work. I would really appreciate if somebody could tell me what changes I need to make in my MIO to get it working. I want to make it a real World GPS

Being PNA device rathert than PDA I don't think just license will do the job. I do not have PNA so I never tested any of solutions but they are very complicated.

You should unlock your device...
Install the original mio c200 program from your cd's and then put the file miotransferhack.exe in the same directory and open it.Then connect via c able your mio c200 and after that you should see the content of the mio.

I have warned people before on one of the thrads about using 2007.07 maps of Western Europe. There has been a lot of bad feedback on these maps. I know for a fact that UK 2007.07 map uses older data than 2007.01. Many others have been complained about ( Germany, Italy, Hungary etc...)
I personaly reverted back to 2007.01 maps. The Eastern Europe maps appear to have more detail but have problems with routing and finding the right places. So stick with 2007.01 for WE and 2007.04 for EE.

I'm new on this forum (registered yesterday) :-)
I recently bought a MIO C320 device with europe maps (I'm living in France), unfortunately, I saw that Poland isn't included in that package... Is there any way I could insert the Poland to my Mio? The PNA uses the MioMap v3.3 software.
So far, I was able to unlock the device (ie. access the hidden WinCE), add the polish language and polish voice to MioMap (I'm Polish), but failed to add the map of Poland. I tried different maps which I found around the net with different license.db file, but none of them worked (the polish map was still blocked). I even tried to install a "unlocker patch for Miomap", which completely broke my GPS (I had to restore the whole firmware from install DVD).

Mio sells the polish map in the "eastern europe" pack, at the price of 104 Euros, which is a rather high price for something I expected to have "out of the box" :(

Can anybody help me?

It seems that the license.db file is checking the ID number of the SD card. Having a licence.db file which have the ID of my SD card would probably resolve that trouble. I know the ID of my card, but have no idea how to insert it into the license.db file...

You must use cracked exe and license file. Since you have PNA device that can be very complicated proces. I do not have the link to the whole proces because I do not have PNA but I did post it on this forum either in this thread or iGO 2006 one.

I did it!
It wasn't as easy as I thought, because I couldn't get the MioMap v3.2 to work on C320.
I installed MioMap 3.3 TTS from http://rapidshare.com/fil...u-tion.rar.html (http://rapidshare.com/files/53501512/33All-Re-solu-tion.rar.html) (this version is already hacked). It's a "TTS" release, so it's able to pronounce street names :)
I copied the license from http://rapidshare.com/files/55903446/Licencje.rar (there are few of them in that file, I grabbed the "Type7" one)...
....and that's all!
Now, all maps are working :)

However, I have two (little) problems... maybe could you help me with that?

1. When MioMap is starting, it displays an error message. I have just to click on "ok", and it's loading (and working) as it should, but this message is pretty annoying. The full message is: "FFUIERROR: Unknown command Name=[ISR2LLANG] Script [sc_default_setup] at tick 0". What is it about? How can I get rid of it?
2. The TTS function is very handy, and it's working like a charm on my Mio. The bad thing is that I am not an english native speaker, and I have problems to understand it. Do anyone know where could I find a TTS voice in polish language? I already have a polish "normal" voice, but I would love to have TTS in polish too!

First of all this is an iGo MioMap thread but I will point you in the right direction.

I do not think there are reginal maps V7. You going to have to download USA and Canada or North America. To install them you copy map folder to the root of your card. than you need a keygen to get the activation code. you may have to flush the memory on your GO unit for it to work.
Please use search for the maps because i do not want to there are few threads on this forum alone. If you get stuck PM me and i will try to find them for you.

I have warned people before on one of the thrads about using 2007.07 maps of Western Europe. There has been a lot of bad feedback on these maps. I know for a fact that UK 2007.07 map uses older data than 2007.01. Many others have been complained about ( Germany, Italy, Hungary etc...)
I personaly reverted back to 2007.01 maps. The Eastern Europe maps appear to have more detail but have problems with routing and finding the right places. So stick with 2007.01 for WE and 2007.04 for EE.


I cannot find any valid links for the 2007.01 W. Europe maps.

Can anyone help?

I am not familiar with your device but I will repete thids again:
1. If you have PDA device than all you need is right license file.
2. If you have PNA device than you need to hack the unit first, than you need exe, id and license file
3. I do not have PNA device so never tested any solutions but there are few around - generally different solutions for diferent series of PNA's.

Unfortunately, since you have PNA it is a lot more complicated than just right license. I do not have PNA so i do not have links for cracking PNAs.

I'm newbe, and I just bought a C220 and also W and E €urope carte :)
My issue is that are 2 cards separated, I’m leaving in Slovakia and I travel a lot in Poland , Tchek rep. Hungary, but those country are on different SD cards… I asked MIO if I could have 1 licence for the all €urope or what I should do. Answer was: change SD card. :confused: While I’m driving? Lol and how I enter my destination in Poland coming from Slovakia? grrr :mad:
Can someone provide me a full licence for Europe? I read the previous posts but links do not work anymore. And I think that I understood also that I need a crack unblock my C220, is it possible to have link to a tutorial?;)

Hello everyone, i have a MIO A201 ( http://ems00852.egain.net/system/web/view/selfservice/controller.jsp ), and i have tried to buy MioMap V3 with Western Europe Maps in order to use speedcams, but it isn't avaible anymore both from Mio and from TeleAtlas :( . I have seen some files, and i have downloaded one called MammaMia_3.3.rar , and another one 33All-Re-solu-tion.rar .

Which one could work on my device that is quite old?
Also what happens if i install MioMapV3 ( only the software ) keeping V2 maps?

If i create a raw copy of the sd card, will i be able to go back in case of problems just re-copying the old content of the card and restarting the device?

2008 maps are for 2008 software which is still only in demo only. You going to have to wait for a bit untill full version is relesed. I do not think there is any difference between 2007.07 and 2008 maps except that the format is slightly changed to fit new software.

I do not have PNA device so don't now much about them. The information I had on some C series PNA devices did not work C510.
Sorry I can't be of much more help. I also do not keep record of links because they are dissapearing very fast. I just find them as and when I need them. So to post all the links you requre would be very big job.

It is an car GPS Mio C510, so I think you call it an PNA. I also need licenses and other cracks to run the software. As I sadi number of times now I do not have PNA so do not know much about them. Manage to find some links before but not for C510. I have windows mobile (PDA Phone) device and know a few things about GPS software for those units. Sorry I can't be of much help. All I know that it is much more complicated than just license.db file.

There is no Eastern Europe map as such for Mio. They are all individual countries. Which ones do you need ( without going overboard)?

If this doesn't work, i suggest you install a fully cracked miomap V3.3,

PPCWAREZ is down they say, but you can activate it...

Go To your hard disk, by me it is C:\, then the map 'Windows -> System32->drivers->etc.

Open file 'hosts' with notepad.

Type (copy/paste) under the last line the following (without the " " of course!!!)
"85.12.25.241 forum.ppcwarez.org"

Save it.

VOILA, PPCWAREZ is online, by me it runs fine!!!!

I have Mio C230 bought in US (with MioMap 3.3), easily added map of Canada and more detailed US maps (2007.01) - but they are covered with my original license. Now I want to use this device in Europe and Russia. Where may I get license files and maps for these countries? Should I replace the original software with cracked version as well, and if so - where to get it?

Had to do some rebuilding of the packages to find all the working files

replace the software in the mio. The folder on the mio is i think \MIOMAP\MIOMAP
I tryed to run it from a SD card and that didn't work. Just make a backup first of your MIO and then replace the files. That should do the trick.

Hey dude

Here is a fully working 'Miomap' crack. It's tested on my PNA with 2007.10 maps of europe.
But I think the PDA is the same.

Just unrar it, copy all contents in the rarfile, the Miomap-folder, to the miomap-folder on your
flashdisk. I think it was My FLashdisk\Miomap\Miomap. Check it.

IMPORTANT: I didn't upload my sys.txt, maybe your systxt is different because you got a PDA with different screen (portrait).
Just copy your original sys.txt to the cracked map I sent you.

If you have PDA than forget Mio 3.2 and go for iGO8. It is already on this forum with easy install.

You can try that but backup your license first but I think you may need cra**ed software as well.

Is it possible / good idea to move or install this version on the PPC memory? This mio have a 2gb Internal Memory....

It is possible but you would have to change sys file and maybe registry to point it in the right direction. Didn't it asked on istallation if you want to install it on the device? I personally would not copy maps to internal memory because 2gb will not take you far if yo want to install Europe and USA. It works just as well from the card.

If you have PDA why not go with latest iGO 8 with 3D mapping. On the other hand I am not sure if there is Brazil map for iGO 8.

Hi Safer! Really helpful your post - however the link has been removed. Any chance to re-post it to a new location? As in 2 days I have to drive to Turkey any help on last Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey maps would be extremely appreaciatted!!! Using Mio c520, v3.3

You can try that but backup your license first but I think you may need cra**ed software as well.

Copy all the content to SD
Run miomapinstall.exe (do not try to install with autorun)
After first start and "HardwareIDError" replace the licence.db with the one from crack folder.
Run the application
Delete the 2577 folder
Enjoy

Hello,
I'm completely new to this forum and after reading this thread I decided to register because -"I still haven't found what I'm looking for" (U2).
I have a "Mio Moov 370" and on the DVD that comes with it, all possible Navman maps should be on it. They just need a license key to unlock. Therefore, I already have all the maps mentioned in this thread and that I could possibly desire... just that I can not access them.
Does anyone here have, or know of, a keygenerator or keys themselves, to access and unlock these maps?

But the link has some failure and it stopes to download before the

end so I am soory I can not download the full size of the file .

Thank you for help .Still I am sure that the link or the server of this
link has some failure after downloading 6-12 mb the server disconnects the download I even sent this link to a frend and he
had the same broblem .
But I took the name of your file and with the help of google I found the same file in a nother forum .I downloded exactly the same file tested it
and it works o.k .
