Error: incorrect login parameters, use latest Support Manager


--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.

If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager and try again.

Login in Demo mode to see support area functionality.




please help infinity team dont work whit shell v1.10 :mad:

In simple words, You need newest shell 1.11, you have 1.10.

I try today new shell, and see your fault. You upload wrong version 1.03a!
Please correct this and upload v1.11.

It's little bit wrong information due to in support area v1.11 uploaded already long time.

probleme solved jest download sell v1.11 ;-)

You have exceeded daily download limits. Please dont use any download accelator software as it will tamper with you limits.

Correct procedure is

1) Uninstall previously installed support manager
2) download latest support manager from support area
3) install latest support manager
4) run the installed support manager and try to access support area

Please try it and let me know result here

i did the same way you said,

uninstalled
downloaded shell 1.12
installed shell 1.12
runned support manager but cant access support area...

still getting the screen

can you read out dongle data by Dongle manager and send it to infinityremoteupdate@yahoo.co.uk i will check what couldbe wrong

How about me ! I cant log on to support. Why? I download lastest version SHELL.1.14

I also log on Mirror 1 and 2.
